We offer additional in-game virtual content in our online shop with no necessity of purchase.

Upon buying on our shop, you agree to the following terms :

  • You void your right of withdrawal when purchasing.
  • Refunds are under certain conditions listed under.
  • Following our rules and ToS, you can still be punished for actions going against our guidelines. See our rules [here].


Refund Policy

Refunds on our platform strictly follow the following rules :

  • If you have not logged on in-game after purchasing something, you can be refunded for that sale (This is only valid until 14 days after buying a package).
  • If the server has been closed (whole in-game network offline) for at least a week within 3 months of your purchase, you can be refunded.
  • If you can somehow prove a purchase was done illegally using your payment method, you may open a case and we'll investigate it and possibly offer a refund.


About chargebacks : Charging back your payment will get you permanently blacklisted from our network.
